Julie supported us to design and deliver an away day for our Board and leadership team. Our Board includes people with learning disabilities so this needed some careful thought and preparation. Julie was fantastic throughout, listening carefully to what we needed and working with us to produce a plan that would achieve our aims without excluding anyone. The day itself was a big success thanks to Julie’s skilful facilitation and ability to adapt and adjust as our conversations progressed.
